Why Revado exists
When we asked recruiters where their week goes, the same answer kept coming up: chasing clients and hiring managers for feedback. Candidates sit in inboxes for days, follow-ups go unanswered, and strong people accept other offers while a decision waits.
A lot of recruitment software is built around the recruiter alone. The people making the hiring decision get an email with a CV attached and reply when they can.
